United Interactive Limited Reports Consolidated Net Profit of Rs 26.36 Lakh for Quarter Ended December 31, 2024

United Interactive Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The company reported consolidated total income of Rs 82.07 lakh, comprising entirely of other income with no revenue from operations. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 26.36 lakh, compared to Rs 6.71 lakh in the same quarter last year. For the nine-month period, consolidated net profit reached Rs 136.45 lakh against Rs 39.78 lakh in the previous year. The company's subsidiary Netesoft India Limited contributed Rs 82.07 lakh in total revenue and Rs 31.28 lakh in net profit for the quarter. On a standalone basis, the company reported total income of Rs 7.81 lakh and net profit of Rs 2.90 lakh for the quarter. Earnings per share increased to Rs 0.60 from Rs 0.05 in the corresponding quarter last year. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified limited review report on the financial results.
