United VanDerHorst Limited Completes Postal Ballot for Equity Share Sub-Division

United VanDerHorst Limited announced the results of its postal ballot conducted through remote e-voting process for two ordinary resolutions. The voting period ran from October 9, 2025 to November 7, 2025, with a cut-off date of October 3, 2025. Both resolutions received overwhelming approval: Resolution 1 for sub-division/split of equity shares was approved with 96,54,170 votes in favor (100% of votes polled) from promoters and promoter group, plus 1,60,382 votes from non-institutional holders. Resolution 2 for alteration of the capital clause in the memorandum of association received similar support with 96,54,170 promoter votes (100%) and 1,60,262 non-institutional votes in favor (99.16%).
