For the half-year period, the company achieved a net profit of ₹25.04 lakhs against ₹10.66 lakhs in the corresponding period last year. The company's cash and cash equivalents increased to ₹7.85 lakhs from ₹4.00 lakhs. The Board also approved related party transactions for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company operates primarily in the sugar industry segment, having amended its main object clause through a postal ballot in November 2022.

UR Sugar Industries to Apply for Environmental Clearance for New Sugar Plant in Belagavi

UR Sugar Industries Limited announced it will apply for an Environmental Clearance certificate to establish a sugar plant at Navage Village in Belagavi district, Karnataka. The project is located at Survey Number 202 in Navage Village, Circle Uchagaon. The company had acquired the land for this project in 2023. The disclosure was made under SEBI listing regulations.
