1983
- Valson Synthetics Ltd was incorporated as a private limited Company on 2nd June.
1989
- The Company received a licence from the Directorate of Industries, Government of Gujarat for a dyeing facility at Vapi unit on 5th April.
1994
- The Company was converted into a public limited Company on 27th September.
- The Company obtained a Certificate of change of name from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on 7th November.
- The Company set up the texturising plant which went on stream in November.
1995
- The Company set up a well-equipped laboratory for development of innovative shades at Andheri.
- The Company developed an in-house facility to develop desired shades in a few hours.
- The Company successfully managed its maiden Public Issue of Rs. 231 lakhs.
- The Company made an allotment of 4,00,000 No. of Equity Shares to the Promoters and 7,80,400 No. of Equity Shares to the Public on 29th May.
1996
- The yarn texturising capacity at Silvassa was increased to 3000 tpa from 1200 tpa.
1997
- The company generated a healthy cash flow due to strong Brand Equity 'VALSON' and sound working capital management.
- The Company carried out in-house R & D Programme for development of innovative shades at Andheri.
1998
- The Company expanded its Yarn Dyeing Capacity to 3000 tpa from 1200 tpa.
- The company's R&D developed several new shades in cotton yarn.
1999
- The Company acquired equipment for quality Cotton Yarn Dyeing which was successfully commissioned in April.
- The Company allotted 8000 14.5% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares to the promoters and friends on 1st April.
2000
- The company allotted 5000 14.5% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares to the Promoters, Directors, and Associates.
- The company allotted 2000 14.5% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares to the promoters and friends on 15th February.
