Stresscrete India Private Limited was incorporated.

1994

The company was converted into a Limited Company and the name was changed to Stresscrete India Limited.
Dr. Kanu Patel joined the company to promote the proposed Project.

2006

Mr. Arvind Kothari was appointed as an Additional Director of Stresscrete India Ltd.

2007

The company introduced an E-mail ID for Investor Complaints.

2010

The company changed its name from Stresscrete India Ltd. to Vardhman Concrete Ltd.

2013

Mr. Kinnar Prakash Chhaya was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Vardhman Concrete Ltd.
