- Varroc formed Varroc Exhaust Systems Private Limited to manufacture catalytic converters for two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
2007
- Varroc formed a joint venture with Plastic Omnium Auto Exterior SAS, France.
- Varroc acquired I.M.E.S., Italy.
2008
- Varroc entered into a composite scheme of arrangement, resulting in the amalgamation of Varroc Lighting Private Limited with the Company and the demerger of the polymer business into VPPL.
2011
- Varroc acquired the two-wheeler lighting business of TRI.O.M. S.p.A.
2012
- Varroc acquired the lighting division of Visteon Corporation.
2014
- Varroc acquired a 50% stake in Varroc TYC Corporation, BVI from Visteon International Holdings Inc.
- Investor Selling Shareholders invested in the Company.
2018
- The Company was converted into a public limited company.
- The name of the Company was changed to Varroc Engineering Limited.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued to the Company by the RoC.
- Varroc acquired a 90% stake in Team Concepts through the subsidiary VPPL.
- Varroc entered into a joint venture agreement with Dell'Orto S.p.A. to invest in two-wheeler electronic fuel injection technology.
- Varroc invested in lighting manufacturing units in Brazil and Morocco.
- Varroc diversified its business activities by acquiring Team Concepts, which manufactures auto accessories.
2019
- Varroc Lighting Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. was amalgamated with Varroc Engineering Ltd.
- Varroc Engineering acquired a 74% stake in the equity share capital of CarlQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
2022
- Varroc signed a Securities Purchase Agreement with Compagnie Plastic Omnium SE to divest its 4-wheeler lighting systems operations in the Americas and Europe.
- Varroc Engineering incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, VL Lighting Solutions.
2024
- Varroc's Kham River CSR Project was named one of the top 5 contenders for the World Resources Institute Ross Center Prize for Cities.
