- We were originally incorporated on January 1, 1986 as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 as Vascon Engineers Private Limited.
1997
- Vascon Engineers became a deemed public company by virtue of Section 43A of the Companies Act with effect from August 25, 1997 and were renamed as Vascon Engineers Limited.
1998
- The registered office was shifted to 15/16, Hazari Baug, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai 400 083.
2000
- The registered office was shifted to 51, Deccan Court, S.V. Road, Bandra (W), Mumbai 400 050.
- Builders Association of India - Pune Centre award for our project Paradise Premises at Baner, Pune
2001
- Vascon Engineers became a private limited company with effect from January 16, 2001.
2003
- ISO 9001:2000 - Certification for Quality Management Systems in December 23, 2003
- BAI- Pune Centre award for our project Casaurina Marigold at Kalyani Nagar, Pune
2004

2007
- Clover Resorts Private Limited merged with Vascon Engineers from the appointed date being April 1, 2006.
- Vascon Engineers acquired the assets of Vascon Hadapsar Ventures pursuant to a deed of retirement cum dissolution dated May 29, 2007.
