Vasundhara Rasayans Reports Q1 Net Profit of ₹57.28 Lakh, Down 33.5% Year-on-Year

Vasundhara Rasayans Limited announced its quarterly results for the period ended June 30, 2025. The company reported net sales of ₹756.15 lakh compared to ₹762.99 lakh in the same quarter last year. Total income increased to ₹824.50 lakh from ₹807.69 lakh, primarily due to higher other income of ₹68.35 lakh versus ₹44.69 lakh previously. Net profit after tax declined to ₹57.28 lakh from ₹86.15 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Earnings per share decreased to ₹1.80 from ₹2.71. Total expenses rose to ₹747.10 lakh from ₹691.27 lakh, with increases in finance costs, other expenses, and cost of materials consumed. The company operates in the agri products segment with a paid-up equity share capital of ₹317.82 lakh.
