Veljan Denison Reports Strong Q2 Results, Records Director Tenure Completion

Veljan Denison Limited announced its quarterly results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 3,853.05 lakhs and profit after tax of Rs 710.96 lakhs, compared to Rs 3,366.65 lakhs revenue and Rs 500.71 lakhs profit in the same quarter last year. Consolidated revenue reached Rs 4,262.22 lakhs with profit after tax of Rs 733.37 lakhs, up from Rs 3,680.07 lakhs revenue and Rs 508.73 lakhs profit in the previous year. The Board re-appointed SRK & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26 and recommended Mrs. Umadevi Uppaluri's reappointment as director. The 51st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 29, 2025.
