  • The company established a manufacturing plant at Dhaneti, Bhuj-Bhachau highway, close to Mundar and Kandla Ports.
  • The company commenced the production of stainless steel welded pipes, stainless steel high precision & heat exchanger tubes, stainless steel hydraulic & instrumentation tubes and stainless steel box pipes at its manufacturing plant located at Dhaneti, Kutch, Gujarat.
2017
  • The company added stainless steel seamless pipes to its production line.
  • The company started exporting stainless steel welded and stainless steel seamless pipes to countries in the European Union, Brazil, UK, Israel etc.
  • The company registered its trademark under Class 6 of Trademarks Act in respect of ‘manufacturer of stainless steel and carbon steel pipes and fittings’.
2021
  • The company converted from a private limited company to a public limited company.
  • A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC, recording the change of the Company’s name to ‘Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited’.
