Vikas WSP Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, reporting a net loss of Rs 967.50 lakhs compared to Rs 877.75 lakhs in the previous quarter. The company has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since February 2, 2022, with Darshan Singh Anand serving as Resolution Professional. The Committee of Creditors approved a resolution plan submitted by Arcbolt Space and Foods Private Limited in August 2022, with the next hearing scheduled for November 12, 2025. The auditors issued a qualified opinion citing several concerns including inability to assess impairment of tangible assets, unconfirmed balances of assets and liabilities, and ongoing reconciliation of creditor claims.
