Voltaire Leasing Finance Limited reported quarterly results with total income of ₹8.35 lakhs compared to ₹9.03 lakhs in the previous quarter. The company posted a net profit of ₹12.24 lakhs for the current quarter versus ₹18.06 lakhs in the prior quarter. A significant concern highlighted by auditors is ₹1,258.72 lakhs in advances given for acquiring shares/securities, but such acquisitions remain pending. The management is working to settle these transactions either through acquisition or repayment. Additionally, interest income is not being recognized on some outstanding loans as it could not be crystallized from certain parties, though management expects to recover principal amounts. The company's cash and cash equivalents decreased to ₹4.16 lakhs from ₹5.78 lakhs. Trade receivables increased to ₹41.06 lakhs from ₹35.94 lakhs, while loans decreased slightly to ₹766.32 lakhs from ₹769.99 lakhs.
