2009

  • The Company was incorporated as Waa Solar Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956.

2010

  • The management of the company was taken over by Madhav Power Private Limited.
  • The Company executed a 10 MW power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited for solar power plants at Village: Nayka, Tal. Sami, Dist. Patan in Gujarat.
  • The Company executed a supplemental power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited for solar power plants at Village: Tikar, Tal. Muli, Dist. Surendranagar in Gujarat.

2012

  • The Company received a certificate of commissioning from Gujarat Energy Development Authority for a commissioned 10.25 MW capacity solar photovoltaic power project.

2013

  • The registered office of the Company was shifted from Maharashtra State to Gujarat State.
  • The Company incorporated a 100% subsidiary company for implementation of a 10MW power project in the state of Karnataka.
  • The Company incorporated a subsidiary company for implementation of a 4 MW power project in the state of Punjab.
  • The Company received a certificate of commissioning from Airport Authority of India for a commissioned 100 KW capacity solar photovoltaic power project.
  • The Company executed a 100 KW power purchase agreement with Airport Authority of India for solar power plants at Raja Bhoj Airport, Bhopal.

2014

  • The Company incorporated a subsidiary company for implementation of a 4 MW rooftop power project in the state of Gujarat.

2016

  • The Company incorporated a subsidiary company for implementation of a power project in the state of Karnataka.

2018

  • The Company was converted to a public limited company from a private limited company.
  • The name of the Company was changed to Waa Solar Limited.

2021

  • The Company issued bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1.
