Waaree Renewable Technologies and Indosolar to Announce Q2 FY26 Results on October 10

Waaree Renewable Technologies and Indosolar have both scheduled board meetings on October 10, 2025, to approve their quarterly financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025. Waaree Renewable Technologies, a solar EPC company offering end-to-end solutions for various solar projects, will review both standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half-year. Indosolar will consider standalone unaudited results and the limited review report. Waaree Energies acquired Indosolar in April 2022 through the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, which boosted Waaree's solar cell capacity and led to Indosolar's relisting as WaareeIndo. Both companies' shares were trading higher, with Waaree Renewable Technologies up 5.48% at Rs 1,098.80 and Indosolar up 4.99% at Rs 712.65.
