White Organic Agro Limited Appoints Bhavika Thakkar as Independent Women Director

White Organic Agro Limited has appointed Mrs. Bhavika Thakkar as a Non-Executive Independent Women Director for a five-year term from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2030. The appointment was approved by shareholders at the company's 35th Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2025. Mrs. Thakkar brings over 7 years of experience in retail and merchandising and has served as a Non-Executive Director on another listed company's board for more than 2 years. The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

White Organic Agro Limited appointed Ms. Bhavika Thakkar as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Women Director effective September 1, 2025, for a five-year term ending August 31, 2030. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on August 28, 2025, following recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Thakkar brings over 7 years of experience in retail and merchandising, along with more than 2 years of experience as a Non-Executive Director on another listed company's board. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
