2007

2010
- The Company commenced production of Manufacturing Solvent based adhesives.

2013

- The company received the amended consolidated consent from GPCB for manufacturing of PVA Based Adhesive, PVA Based binder and Lai (Starch based solution).

- The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:2.

- The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 15:100.
2024
- The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:2 at par.
