Yuranus Infrastructure Limited appointed Mr. Surbhit Mathur as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer effective September 20, 2025. The appointment was made based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee during a board meeting. Mathur is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with membership number A74954, holds a law degree from Jai Narayan Vyas University, and has a Masters in Commerce. He brings over 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial work, legal matters, RBI compliance for NBFCs, and insolvency proceedings. The board also authorized key managerial personnel including Managing Director Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel, Chief Financial Officer Harsh Alpeshkumar Desai, and Mathur to determine materiality of events for stock exchange disclosures.
