Algorithmic trading popularly known as algo trading is done when you give pre-defined instructions for buying and selling to your system. Then the system automatically enters and exits the trade based on the instructions that you have provided. Theoretically, the computer executes the trade at such a speed that is impossible for humans to compete with.
