  • The Company acquired India Infoline Asset Management Company Limited and India Infoline Trustee Company Limited.

2014

  • The Company launched an alternative investment fund.
  • The Company acquired IIFL Inc., IIFL (Asia) Pte. Limited, IIFL Private Wealth Management (Dubai) Limited, IIFL Private Wealth Hong Kong Limited, IIFL Asset Management (Mauritius) Limited, and IIFL Private Wealth (Suisse) SA.

2015

  • General Atlantic Singapore Fund Pte. Limited invested in the Company.

2016

  • The Company acquired Chephis Capital Markets Limited and invested $9 billion in the entity, later renamed as IIFL Wealth Finance Limited.

2017

  • The Company launched the $1 billion fund, IIFL Special Opportunities Fund.

2018

  • The Company received investment from Steadview Capital Mauritius Limited, ABG Capital, LTR Focus Fund, HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company, Rimco (Mauritius) Limited, Amansa Holdings Private Limited, and WF Asian Reconnaissance Fund Limited.
  • The Company acquired Wealth Advisors (India) Private Limited and Altiore Advisors Private Limited.
  • General Atlantic Singapore Fund Pte. Limited made a further investment in the Company.

2019

  • IIFL Wealth Advisors (India) Limited was amalgamated with IIFL Wealth Management Limited.
  • The Scheme of Amalgamation was sanctioned by the Chennai Bench and Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal.

2020

  • IIFL Wealth Finance Limited completed the acquisition of 100% of the paid-up share capital of L&T Capital Markets Limited on a fully diluted basis.

2021

  • The meeting of the Resource Raising Committee of the Company was scheduled to consider the offer and issue of secured redeemable non convertible debentures.
  • The company proposed to demerge the distribution business from IWPL and IWCML to IWDSL.

2023

  • The Company issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
  • The Company split its face value from Rs. 2/- to Rs. 1/-.
  • The Company name changed to 360 One Wam Ltd. from IIFL Wealth Management Ltd.

  • The NCLT approved the scheme of amalgamation of MAVM Angels Network Pvt.Ltd. with and into 360 ONE Distribution Services Ltd.
  • The Company acquired the entire business undertaking of discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services business of Credit Suisse Securities (India) Pvt.Ltd.
  • The Company acquired the entire fully paid up equity share capital of Batlivala & Karani Finserv Pvt.Ltd.
