- Demerger of the Company and IIFL Holdings Ltd. pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement.

- The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:1 at a premium of Rs. 70 per share.
- The company added Gold investments and Sensibull trading to the product suite.
- The company's Mobile App had over 31,00,000 downloads with a sustained 4 Star rating on Playstore.
