Year	History
2011	Became a member of the Stock Exchanges and was granted a certificate of registration as a stock broker by SEBI.
2015	Obtained approval from the Stock Exchanges for the internet trading application i.e. 5paisa Trade Station. Registered with AMFI as a mutual fund distributor and was allotted an AMFI registration number. The name of the Company was changed to 5paisa Capital Limited.
2016	Obtained approval from the Stock Exchanges for its mobile application i.e., 5paisa Trading and robo-advisory. Launched the discount brokerage business offering execution of trades at flat ` 10 per order. Became a member of CDSL and was granted a certificate of registration as a depository participant by SEBI.
2017	Got listed on the Stock Exchanges on November 16, 2017. Granted a certificate of registration as a research analyst by SEBI. Demerger of the Company and IIFL Holdings Ltd. pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement.
2019	The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:1 at a premium of Rs. 70 per share. The company added Gold investments and Sensibull trading to the product suite. The company's Mobile App had over 31,00,000 downloads with a sustained 4 Star rating on Playstore.
