The company reported no revenue from operations and total income of Rs 1.58 lacs from other income. Total expenditure stood at Rs 4.20 lacs, primarily comprising employee benefits expenses of Rs 1.7 lacs, other expenditure of Rs 2.44 lacs, and depreciation of Rs 0.05 lacs. This resulted in a net loss after tax of Rs 4.20 lacs for the quarter. The company's paid-up equity share capital remains at Rs 1,000 lacs with a face value of Rs 10 per share. Basic and diluted earnings per share was negative Rs 0.04. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and subjected to limited review by statutory auditors.
