1994
- The Company was incorporated as 'Tejus Securities Private Limited', a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, with a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on August 18, 1994, at Mumbai.
2006
- The entire equity share capital of Tejus Securities Private Limited was acquired by Anuj Khanna Sohum, Anuj Kumar, and Madhusudan Ramakrishna in January 2006.
- The name of the Company was changed to 'Affle (India) Private Limited' pursuant to a letter of approval from the Central Government dated August 29, 2006, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on September 29, 2006.
2007
- The first product 'SMS 2.0' was launched in partnership with Bharti Airtel in India in June 2007, and subsequently scaled pan-India in December 2007.
2009
- The Company announced its first significant mobile monetization partnership with NDTV Convergence.
2012
- The Mobile Advertising Agency 'ad2c' was launched.
- The Cross Screen Advertising Platform 'Ripple' was launched in August, followed by announcements of partnerships with Yahoo, ESPN Cricinfo, and India Today.
2014
- The mobile marketing platform 'ad2campaign' was launched.
2015
- The end-to-end 'Mobile Audience as a Service (MAAS)' platform was launched in March 2015.
2017
- The 'Mobile Ad Fraud detection (mFaaS)' platform was launched and later awarded by the IAMAI as the Best Big Data Technology Platform in 2017.
- The Company announced its first significant Data Management Platform (DMP) partnership with Micromax for Data and Native Ads monetization.
2018
- The Company was converted to a public limited company and the name was changed to 'Affle (India) Limited', with a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on July 13, 2018.
- Affle International acquired Affle Global's consumer platform and enterprise platform-based business undertaking and 100% of the equity interests in the Indonesian Subsidiary, effective July 1, 2018.
- The Company and Affle International acquired the Vizury Commerce Business, effective September 1, 2018.
2019
- Affle International acquired the Shoffr Business Undertaking on May 18, 2019, effective February 19, 2019.
- Affle International acquired the RevX Business Undertaking on June 28, 2019, effective April 1, 2019.
2022
- Affle won the 'Enabling Technology Company of the Year' award for the 4th consecutive time at the Mobile Marketing Association's Smarties India awards.
- Affle was awarded the prestigious Data Protection Trustmark Certification by IMDA Singapore.
