Prasant Kumar Swain resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer due to personal reasons, with the resignation taking effect from October 16, 2025. The Board accepted his resignation and acknowledged his valuable contributions during his tenure. Simultaneously, the company appointed Debasis Das as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective from the same date. Das, who is already a Whole Time Director of the company, brings over 22 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, and finance. He is a graduate from Utkal University with an MBA from XIMB, and has been contributing to the company's Finance Department for the past three years. Das started his career as Assistant Manager, Marketing at the company and was appointed as Additional Director in 2004 before being promoted to Whole Time Director. He also serves as a director in three other companies.
