1987

1988
- The company started commercial production with its plant located at Mancheshwar Industrial Estate, Bhubaneshwar, Orissa.
1992
- The company was converted into a Public Limited Company and obtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation.
2007
- Alfa Transformers signed a Technology Transfer agreement with Hitachi Metals India to manufacture, use, and sell Amorphous Metal core for energy efficient transformers.
2008
- Alfa Transformers acquired Phoenix Surgicare Pvt Ltd as its wholly owned subsidiary company by acquiring 100% of its equity shares.
2010
- Alfa Transformers recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per equity share, equivalent to 10%.
2014
- The Board of Directors agreed to transfer the assets of the factory unit at GIDC Estate Waghodia, Vadodara, to a wholly owned subsidiary company for better management and operation.
2024
- The Company received a purchase order worth Rs. 1.09 crore from Tata Power Southern Odisha Distribution Limited.
