2018	The Company was converted into a public limited company. The name of the Company was changed to Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited. The Company entered into the Waste to Energy segment by entering into a concession agreement with the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.
2019	The Company began operations at Pimpri Chinchwad. The Company was awarded a new C&T project by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation. The Company began operation for the Nagpur project.
2020	The Company announced a public offering of 9523346 shares at a price of Rs 5.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 310.00 per share. The Company's initial public offer (IPO) opened on December 21, 2020, and closed on December 23, 2020. The Company was awarded the Varanasi project. The Company began operation for the Varanasi Project.
