Artemis Electricals Reports Strong Q2 Growth with Net Profit Rising to 35.6M Rupees

Artemis Electricals and Projects reported significant growth in its Q2 results. Net profit increased to 35.6 million rupees compared to 8 million rupees in the same period last year. Revenue grew substantially to 158 million rupees from 40 million rupees year-over-year. EBITDA rose to 47.2 million rupees versus 13.5 million rupees in the previous year. However, EBITDA margin decreased to 29.87% from 33.72% in the comparable period.

Artemis Electricals Reports Q1 Profit and Appoints New Internal Auditor

Artemis Electricals and Projects Limited reported a standalone profit of Rs 136.63 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 40.33 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations declined to Rs 1,975.47 lakhs from Rs 1,238.39 lakhs in the previous year quarter. The company appointed Ms. Sweta Ajit Pawar as Internal Auditor for financial year 2025-26. The company has entered into a contract with related party Electroforce (India) Private Limited to supply and commission a lithium-ion battery plant, with commissioning expected by March 2026. Manufacturing activities at the factory premises remain minimal as management focuses on projects and project-related works. The consolidated profit was Rs 131.14 lakhs for the quarter. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs 0.05.
