2016	The company was originally incorporated as Arvind J&M Limited on January 05. The company changed its name to Arvind Fashions Limited and obtained a fresh certificate of incorporation on October 14. The company acquired the Wholesale Business of Arrow, Izod and Flying Machine from Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited on a slump sale basis. The company purchased a 100% stake in Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited and Arvind Beauty Brands Retail Private Limited. The company purchased a 50% stake in Tommy Hilfiger Arvind Fashion Private Limited and a 49% stake in Calvin Klein Arvind Fashion Private Limited. The company raised 10% equity capital from Private Equity investors.
2018	The company transferred and vested the Branded Apparel undertaking from Arvind Limited to the Company pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement 2016. The company raised 10% equity capital from Private Equity investors.
