ATV Projects India Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Shri Vrinda Infracon Private Limited for the development of unutilized land at ATV Nagar, Mathura, following shareholder approval at the recent Annual General Meeting. The agreement was executed pursuant to a Special Resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting held on 16th August, 2025. The parties are not related to the promoter/promoter group/group companies, and the transaction does not fall within related party transactions. The company will inform the stock exchange once the Development Agreement is executed.

ATV Projects India Seeks Approval for Rs 102 Crore Warrant Allotment to Promoter

ATV Projects India Limited has applied for in-principle approval to allot 25 lakh convertible warrants to promoter entity Mahalaxmi Import Export Pvt Ltd. The warrants are priced at Rs 40.80 each, raising Rs 102 crore through preferential allotment. Each warrant carries a face value of Rs 10 with a premium of Rs 30.80. The warrants can be converted into equity shares within 18 months of allotment, with warrant holders required to pay 25% upfront and the remaining 75% upon conversion. The company passed a special resolution for this warrant issue at its Annual General Meeting held on August 16, 2025. The relevant date for minimum price calculation was determined as July 17, 2025. Upon conversion, the resulting equity shares will be subject to an 18-month lock-in period for promoters from the date of trading approval.

HDFC Bank reported a net profit of Rs 18,155.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, representing a 12% increase from Rs 16,174.75 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income rose to Rs 99,200.03 crore compared to Rs 83,701.25 crore in the previous year's first quarter. Basic earnings per share increased to Rs 23.71 from Rs 21.28 year-on-year. The bank's equity share capital stood at Rs 766.79 crore, while reserves excluding revaluation reserves were at Rs 496,854.21 crore. The debt-equity ratio improved to 0.61 from 1.02 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
