ATV Projects India Limited reported quarterly revenue of Rs 4,395.03 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 1,525.89 lakhs in the previous quarter, with profit of Rs 147.37 lakhs. The engineering equipment manufacturer also entered into an MOU with Vrinda Infracon Private Limited for development of unutilized surplus land at Mathura and approved various corporate governance matters including auditor remuneration.

ATV Projects India Signs MOU with Shri Vrinda Infracon for Land Development at ATV Nagar, Mathura

ATV Projects India Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Shri Vrinda Infracon Private Limited for the development of unutilized land at ATV Nagar, Mathura, following shareholder approval at the recent Annual General Meeting. The agreement was executed pursuant to a Special Resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting held on 16th August, 2025. The parties are not related to the promoter/promoter group/group companies, and the transaction does not fall within related party transactions. The company will inform the stock exchange once the Development Agreement is executed.

HDFC Bank Reports 12% Jump in Net Profit to Rs 18,155 Crore in Q1

HDFC Bank reported a net profit of Rs 18,155.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, representing a 12% increase from Rs 16,174.75 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income rose to Rs 99,200.03 crore compared to Rs 83,701.25 crore in the previous year's first quarter. Basic earnings per share increased to Rs 23.71 from Rs 21.28 year-on-year. The bank's equity share capital stood at Rs 766.79 crore, while reserves excluding revaluation reserves were at Rs 496,854.21 crore. The debt-equity ratio improved to 0.61 from 1.02 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
