1981

1983

2003

  • ICICI Mutual Fund acquired 795868 shares of the company representing 5.26% of the paid up capital

2004

  • The delisting of Company's Equity Shares from the Bangalore Stock Exchange and Pune Stock Exchange was approved
  • Mr. Adelio Raschi resigned as Director of the Company
  • The Company's Equity shares were delisted from Bangalore Stock Exchange

2007

  • The Company opened a New Occupational Health Centre
  • The Board approved an interim dividend of Rs 6 per share

2008

  • Mr. Larry Dowers was appointed as the Director liable to retire by rotation at the Annual General Meeting

2009

  • The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.7 per share

2010

  • Mr. Satish Sekhri was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company
  • The Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 8.50 per share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2009-2010

2011

  • The Company established a Contract Manufacturing Facility for producing Trailer Axles

  • The Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 10/- per share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2011-12

  • The Company's Team participated in International Convention on QC Circle 2013 and won the 1st Prize Excellence award
  • The Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2/- per share of Rs. 10/- each

  • The Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share of Rs. 10/- each

2015

  • The Company established a Speciality Axles Plant Manufacturing Unit

  • The Company received Machinist Super Shop-floor 2016 Award
  • The Company received Kaizen Awards at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysore
  • The Company installed a Solar Plant at Brakes plant
  • The Company inaugurated a Public Convenience Facility at Chamundi Hill
  • The Company received Kaizen Awards at Bangalore
