1953

2001
- BSL transferred its operating business and assigned the trademarks for all the brands to its subsidiary Deccan Ayurvedashram Pharmacy Limited pursuant to a scheme of demerger.
2006
- The company was originally incorporated as Bhaumik Agro Products Private Limited on April 25, 2006 under the Companies Act with the RoC, Maharashtra.
2007
- The company was converted into a public company and its name was changed to Bajaj Corp Limited.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC, Maharashtra on October 16, 2007.
- The company's name was changed to Bajaj Corp Private Limited pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholders dated July 18, 2007.
- A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC, Maharashtra on September 11, 2007.
2008
- BCCL licensed all its brands to the company via a brand licensing agreement dated March 12, 2008.
- The company set up its first manufacturing plant at Parwanoo in Himachal Pradesh.
