Company History
1980
- The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 10th April 1980, and it was promoted by Ajit Kumar Gupta and Ray Kumar Gupta.
- The Company manufactures glass beads, imitation jewellery, gold and silver jewelleries, and handicrafts.
1994
- The company undertook to expand and modernise its existing facilities for the manufacture of glass beads, imitation jewellery, handicrafts, and woollen products.
- The company proposed to automate its designs department with state-of-the-art computer-aided design systems, including multi-colour plotters and scanners, and related software.
- The company proposed to install an on-line computer system and a state-of-the-art communication network for effective monitoring of its various units and products.
- The company undertook to set up a project at NOIDA in UP for gold and jewellery, and it was converted into a Public Limited Company on 26th October 1994.
1995
- 61,15,440 equity shares were issued to promoters, and 5,31,000 equity shares were issued to others.
- 22,16,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each were issued at a premium of Rs 75 per share to the public through a prospectus in February, with an additional 7,900 shares allotted.
2000
