1956

  • The name was changed from Bhogilal Menghraj & Co. to Bhogilal Menghraj & Co. Pvt. Ltd.

1970

  • The name of Bhogilal Menghraj & Co. Pvt. Ltd. was changed to Hansa Industrial Tools Company Private Limited.

1982

  • The company was converted into a public limited company on November 19.

1983

  • The name of Hansa Industrial Tools Company Private Limited was changed to Batliboi Engineering Company Limited.

1984

  • Batliboi Engineering Company Limited was amalgamated with Batliboi & Company Ltd.
  • The name was changed to Batliboi & Company Ltd. on August 16.

2006

  • Batliboi recommended a dividend on equity shares at 15%.

2007

  • The Company split its face value from Rs10 to Rs5.
  • Batliboi Limited created an email ID for investor complaints.
  • Batliboi Ltd acquired Quickmill Inc., a Canada-based Machine Tool Company.

2008

  • The company recommended a dividend on equity shares at 20%.

2009

  • Batliboi Ltd was amalgamated with Batliboi SPM Pvt. Ltd.
  • Mrs. Shalini Shrivastav was appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company.

2012

  • The textile air engineering group expanded its business in air engineering and offered solutions for various industries.

2013

  • Ms. Prema Chandrashekhar was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

2014

  • Mrs. Sheela Bhogilal was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.

2024

  • The Company Board of Directors informed a scheme of amalgamation by way of merger of Batliboi Environmental Engineering Limited with and into Batliboi Limited.
