2001
- The Scheme of Arrangement was approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on January 17.
- The Company allotted one fully paid Equity Share to the shareholders of Bharat Forge Limited for one fully paid Equity Share of BFL held on the Record Date.
- The Investments and Wind Mills Division of Bharat Forge Limited were demerged and transferred to the Company, effective from March 1.
2004
- The company received the Award for Excellence in Renewable Energy from Maharashtra Energy Development Agency for the year 2003.
2005
- Mr Prakash C Bhalerao resigned as Director of BF Utilities Ltd.
2006
- BF Utilities entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd.
- Kalyani Group signed a Joint Venture agreement with Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd.
2007
- The company received the Award for Best Performing Wind Farm from Indian Wind Power Association.
2008
- The company received the Award for Fastest Wealth Creator from Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.
2011
- The transaction in relation to the FDI in Nandi Economic Corridor Enterprises Ltd was completed.
2016
- BF Utilities acquires 100 percent shares in Avichal Resources Pvt Ltd.
