The manufacturing company's half-yearly net profit reached Rs. 635.28 lakh versus Rs. 200.87 lakh in the previous year, demonstrating significant operational improvement in its castings business.

Bhagwati Autocast Limited reported net profit of Rs 274.45 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 244.72 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Total income increased to Rs 4,071.12 lakhs from Rs 3,468.11 lakhs year-on-year. Revenue from operations grew to Rs 4,070.72 lakhs versus Rs 3,467.67 lakhs in the previous year quarter. Profit before tax rose to Rs 399.32 lakhs from Rs 265.03 lakhs. Earnings per share improved to Rs 9.53 from Rs 8.63 in the corresponding quarter. The company operates in manufacturing of castings as its single business segment. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results on August 13, 2025, which were reviewed by statutory auditors Mahendra N. Shah & Co.
