Bits Limited Reports 375% Jump in Quarterly Profit to Rs 10.13 Lakh

Bits Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a standalone profit of Rs 10.13 lakh for the quarter, significantly higher than Rs 0.92 lakh in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 33.67 lakh compared to Rs 27.34 lakh in the previous year quarter. For the half-year period, profit reached Rs 17.52 lakh versus Rs 3.69 lakh in the corresponding period last year, while revenue grew to Rs 64.57 lakh from Rs 51.96 lakh. The consolidated results showed similar performance with quarterly profit of Rs 11.15 lakh including share of profit from associates. Basic earnings per share improved to Rs 0.0091 from Rs 0.0008 in the year-ago quarter. The company maintains a debt-free status with no borrowings and operates in a single business segment.

Bits Limited Reports 25.9% Revenue Growth in Q1 with Profit Rising to Rs 7.39 Lakh

Bits Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 30.90 lakh, up from Rs 24.62 lakh in the same quarter last year. Total revenue reached Rs 31.01 lakh compared to Rs 24.62 lakh in the previous year quarter. Net profit increased to Rs 7.39 lakh from Rs 2.77 lakh year-over-year. On a consolidated basis, total comprehensive income was Rs 8.96 lakh versus Rs 3.46 lakh in the corresponding quarter. The company operates in a single business segment and maintains a paid-up equity share capital of Rs 2,237.50 lakh with promoter shareholding at 65.07%. No investor complaints were pending or received during the quarter.
