2018	The Company was converted from Hopewell Tableware Private Limited to Hopewell Tableware Limited. The Company's name was changed to Borosil Limited.
2020	The Company's name was changed to Borosil Ltd. from Hopewell Tableware Pvt. Ltd.. The Company's Identification Number was changed from U36100MH2010PLC292722 to L36100MH2010PLC292722.
2022	The trial production for additional capacity of 42 TPD for Opal Ware Glass commenced at the Company's Jaipur plant. The Company added 42 tonnes per day capacity for Opal Ware Glass manufacturing at its Jaipur Plant, Rajasthan.
2023	The Company commenced commercial production of Opal Ware Glass from its second furnace at its plant in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
2024	The Company set up a new borosilicate glass production facility.
