2005	The company delisted its equity share from the Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd. BPL entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Eveready Industries. BPL tied up with Sanyo for a CTV venture.
2009	BPL Healthcare partnered with Welch Allyn to provide medical products and solutions in India. The company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Chhattisgarh for a coal-based thermal power station. Mr. Manoj U. Nambiar was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer.
