Chandra Prabhu International Sets Record Date for 1:2 Bonus Share Issue

Chandra Prabhu International Limited has set Friday, September 26, 2025, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for a 1:2 bonus share issue. Under this arrangement, shareholders will receive one bonus equity share of face value Rs. 2 for every two fully paid-up equity shares held. The bonus issue was approved by members at the company's 40th Annual General Meeting held on September 10, 2025. The deemed date of allotment for the bonus equity shares will be Monday, September 29, 2025. Chandra Prabhu International Reports 5.99% Revenue Growth in Q1 FY2026

Chandra Prabhu International Limited reported total income of Rs. 17,717.36 lakhs in Q1 FY2026, up 5.99% from Rs. 16,715.84 lakhs in the previous year. Net profit after tax increased 7.83% to Rs. 56.14 lakhs, while profit before tax rose 9.34% to Rs. 77.63 lakhs. Earnings per share improved to Rs. 1.51 from Rs. 1.40. Coal trading volumes grew 15-20% year-on-year, driving revenue growth. The company is expanding coal trading and logistics operations while exploring renewable energy trading opportunities. Management expects robust coal demand to continue supporting volume growth and remains optimistic about maintaining growth momentum for the full fiscal year.
