Chartered Logistics Reports Net Profit of Rs 7.47 Lakhs for Quarter Ended September 2025

Chartered Logistics Limited announced its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a standalone net profit of Rs 7.47 lakhs for the quarter, compared to Rs 2.49 lakhs in the previous quarter. Total income for the quarter was Rs 8.23 lakhs versus Rs 30.59 lakhs in the prior quarter. For the half year, net profit reached Rs 30.92 lakhs with total income of Rs 663.55 lakhs. The consolidated results showed similar performance with quarterly net profit of Rs 3.47 lakhs and half-yearly profit of Rs 30.92 lakhs. The Board of Directors approved these results during their meeting held on November 11, 2025. The company's equity share capital stands at Rs 202.40 lakhs, and earnings per share for the quarter was Rs 0.37.

Chartered Logistics Reports Strong Q1 Performance with 56% Jump in Net Profit

Chartered Logistics Limited reported net profit of ₹202.46 lakhs for Q1 FY2026, compared to ₹129.88 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations declined to ₹1,906.65 lakhs from ₹2,208.25 lakhs year-over-year. The company's board approved the quarterly results and scheduled the 30th Annual General Meeting for September 27, 2025. The company also relocated its registered office within the same building complex in Ahmedabad. On a consolidated basis, the company reported net profit attributable to owners of ₹174.46 lakhs. Basic earnings per share stood at ₹0.17 on standalone basis and ₹0.15 on consolidated basis.
