Assignment of Goodwill in December
Obtained the Certificate of Commencement dated 7th March

2016

Commenced Godown and Processing unit at Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra in October

2017

Achieved Turnover of over Rs. 500 Lacs in March
Entered into an Agreement for sale of acquiring office premises at Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai in April
