2020	The Company acquired 5,340 identified ATMs from Logicash Solutions Private Limited. The Company entered into a service level agreement with State Bank of India to install 3,000 ATMs.
2021	The Company won an order for remote monitoring of 9,520 ATMs from State Bank of India. The Company entered into a share purchase agreement with Hemabh Solutions, Hemalsinh Gohil, Abhijeet Lamture and Hemabh Solutions Private Limited.
2022	CMS forayed into the production of Banking Automation products.
