- Cosco (India) Limited was incorporated on January 25 under the Companies Act 1956 as a Private Limited Company.
- The Company took over the running business of the Partnership Firm Coronation Sportingball Co.
1994
- The Company was converted into a Deemed Public Limited Company on March 15.
- The shareholders passed a Special Resolution on December 15 to delete the restrictive clause under Section 3(1)(iii) of the Companies Act, 1956, making the Company a fully Public Company.
2002
- The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Shri Narinder Kumar Jain as the Managing Director of the Company on October 31.
