Cosco India Reports Net Loss of ₹143.11 Lakhs in Q2 FY2026

Cosco India Limited posted a net loss of ₹143.11 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a profit of ₹19.88 lakhs in the same quarter last year, with revenue from operations declining to ₹3,727.30 lakhs from ₹3,815.71 lakhs. The company's half-year results showed a net loss of ₹88.12 lakhs against a profit of ₹173.03 lakhs in the previous year, reflecting deteriorating financial performance for the sports and fitness equipment manufacturer.

Cosco India Approves Q1 2025 Results, Director Re-appointments, and 46th AGM Date

Cosco India's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing total income of ₹5,022.07 lakhs compared to ₹4,891.11 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax was ₹54.99 lakhs versus ₹153.15 lakhs in the previous year quarter. The Board also approved the annual report for FY 2024-25 and scheduled the 46th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2025, via video conferencing. Two Whole Time Directors, Mr. Manish Jain and Mr. Pankaj Jain, were approved for re-appointment subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Additionally, M/s. Akhil Rohtagi & Co. was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The company's register of members will remain closed from September 24-30, 2025, with September 23, 2025 set as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility.
