The inter-se transfer between immediate relatives maintains overall promoter group holding while redistributing ownership within the family, with both sons now holding over 31% each in Cybele Industries Limited.

Cybele Industries Promoters Execute Inter-se Share Transfer Worth ₹26 Crore

Four promoters of Cybele Industries Limited completed an off-market inter-se transfer of equity shares on November 27, 2025, with Thomas P Joy and George P Joy acquiring 13,20,039 and 12,82,039 shares respectively from Joy Kutty and Annammal Joy. The transaction restructured promoter holdings significantly, with Thomas P Joy's stake increasing from 13.79% to 31.82% and George P Joy's from 14.05% to 32.19%, while Joy Kutty and Annammal Joy's stakes reduced to 4.03% each.
