Year	History
2017	The Oil and Gas Services Undertaking of the Demerged Company was transferred to and vested with the Company with effect from 1 April 2017.
2018	A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC after the Company was converted into a public company.
2020	The Company's name was changed to Deep Industries Limited. The National Company Law Tribunal approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Deep Energy Resources Limited and the Company. The Effective Date of the Scheme was 20 June 2020.
2021	The Company received a Letter of Award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).
2022	The Company received a Letter of Award from Oil India Limited for charter hiring of workover rigs for a period of three years with an estimated value of approximately INR 71.64 crores.
