1992

  • The Company was originally incorporated as 'Dhabriya Agglomerates Private Limited'.

1995

  • The Company's registered office was shifted from Malviya Nagar to Malviya Industrial Area, Jaipur.
  • The Company established its first manufacturing unit in Jaipur for manufacturing Extruded PVC Profiles and commenced commercial production.

2007

  • A manufacturing unit of uPVC Windows and Doors was established in Jaipur.

2008

  • The Company received an award for Excellent Manufacturing facility by the Plastic Manufacturers Association Jaipur.
  • A manufacturing unit of uPVC Windows and Doors was established in Coimbatore.

2009

  • The Company received the National Award for Outstanding Quality Products by the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.
  • The Company received the National Award for Outstanding Entrepreneurship by the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.
  • The Company received the Meritorious Industrial Development award by the Indian Economic Development & Research Association, New Delhi.

2011

  • A manufacturing unit of uPVC Windows and Doors was established in Jaipur.
  • The Company received a Certification of Registration of ISO 14001:2004.

2012

  • The Company received a Certificate of Registration of ISO 9001:2008.

2013

  • A new plant for manufacturing uPVC Windows and Doors was established in Ramchandrapura Industrial Area, Sitapura Extn., Jaipur.

2014

  • The Company was converted from a private limited to a public limited company.
  • The Company's name was changed to 'Dhabriya Polywood Limited' from 'Dhabriya Agglomerates Limited'.

2015

  • The Company allotted bonus shares to its shareholders in the ratio of 1:4.

2018

  • The Company was awarded the 'SKOCH ORDER OF MERIT AWARD'.

2019

  • The Company was awarded the 'BEST EMPLOYER, 2017 AWARD'.
