2015	The company acquired a 49.00% stake in Pioneer Stationery Private Limited. The company acquired an additional 32.50% stake from FILA.
2016	The company increased its stake in Pioneer Stationery Private Limited to 51.00%. The company acquired a 35.00% stake in Uniwrite Pens and Plastics Private Limited.
2017	The company changed its name to DOMS Industries Private Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on April 21, 2017. The company increased its stake in Uniwrite Pens and Plastics Private Limited to 60.00%.
