Duke Offshore Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a net loss of Rs 39.56 lakhs compared to Rs 23.97 lakhs loss in the same quarter last year. Total income decreased significantly to Rs 6.50 lakhs from Rs 74.93 lakhs in the previous year quarter, while total expenses declined to Rs 46.06 lakhs from Rs 98.90 lakhs. Revenue from operations was Rs 6.93 lakhs with other income at Rs 6.50 lakhs. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at negative Rs 0.40. The company operates in the offshore business segment with paid-up equity share capital of Rs 985.72 lakhs. Statutory auditors Kirtane & Pandit LLP issued an unmodified audit report on the results.
